Coding Club is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Senior Data Analyst. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Bangalore for professionals passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights and driving data-driven decision-making.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support business strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build dashboards, automate reporting processes, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
- Perform data validation, cleansing,



and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Business teams to understand analytical requirements.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
- Design and maintain KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices.

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Solid proficiency in SQL with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with large datasets.
