About this Role:




What you’ll do:
- Manage Order and Service Management ticket triaging and resolution
- Handle high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and ensure timely restoration of services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service continuity
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify recurring technical issues
- Work in a 24x7 support model to ensure uninterrupted service delivery

Who you are:
- An individual with at least 3 years of experience in Order Service Management
- Familiar with telecom and IT service processes
- Skilled in Unix/Linux and capable of writing shell scripts
- Proficient in SQL with robust database query-writing skills
- Knowledgeable in WebLogic and ticketing tools such as Remedy
- Familiar with ITIL frameworks and operational processes
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders and resolving recurrin
