Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and engineering sectors.

Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, references, and cold calling.

Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.





Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and maintain CRM/customer database.

Travel extensively across India for customer visits and business development activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering disciplines.

MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development.

Experience in Fire Protection Systems, Engineering Products, Industrial Equipment, Automation, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
