International Sales Executive - B2B

Location: Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune, Maharashtra | Work from Office

Experience: 1-4 years preferred

Interview Type: Only Face to Face, no virtual interviews

Compensation: ₹35,000-₹45,000 per month fixed + performance-based incentives, potential to earn more than ₹75,000+ per month based on performance.

About the Role:
Straits Research is looking for an ambitious International Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team.

You will be responsible for selling market intelligence, syndicated research reports and customised research solutions to businesses, consultants, investors and senior decision-makers across international markets.

This is a target-driven, consultative B2B sales role where you will manage the sales process from lead qualification and client discussions through negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified inbound leads from international markets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant market research and intelligence solutions.




- Conduct sales calls, presentations and product discussions with international clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline through to closure.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Identify opportunities for customised research and additional business.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities and follow-ups in CRM.
- Work towards and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop robust relationships with international clients and decision-makers.

What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, international sales, inside sales or business development. Exceptional freshers with excellent spoken English, strong commercial aptitude and a genuine interest in International sales are also welcome.
- Experience selling to clients outside India is strongly preferred.
