Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage staffing, duty rosters, and team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and stock control to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams for smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and guest experience.
- Monitor food and beverage costs and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of food and beverage items.
- Organize banquets, events, and special dining promotions when required.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, clubs, hospitals, or institutional catering is preferred.
- Solid leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage operations under pressure and meet business targets.
- Customer-focused with strong organizational and analytical skills.
