Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with Government Departments, PSUs and Channel Partners.
- Identify relevant opportunities from GeM, CPPP, State e-Tender Portals, and other procurement platforms.
- Attend client meetings (online/offline) and prepare meeting reports.
- Prepare business presentations, company profiles, and capability documents.




- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and project submissions.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Maintain lead pipeline, client database, and MIS reports.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of Government Tendering and Procurement Process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare proposals and business presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Education
- Any Graduate

Experience
- 1-3 years in Business Development, Sales, Government Tendering, Corporate Sales, Marketing, or Proposal Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and relevant internships may also apply.
