REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. Service oriented/ Seva-Bhav: Public sensitivity, duty-first mindset
- 2.



Basic reading and writing skills, ability to conduct mobile phone surveys
- 3. 10/12th pass
- 4. General knowledge about government schemes
- 5. Strong locals connect with people
- 6. Must possess solid communication, leadership, and community outreach skills.
- 7. Have an understanding of local issues/demography/geography
- 8. Knowledge of local dialect
- 9. No form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta)
- DUTIES:
- 1. Everyday 20 door-to-door household outreach to conduct interviews.
- 2. Total 15-20 wards/villages to be assigned per person, to conduct interviews.
- 3. Downloading and registration of “a” app.
- 4. Conduct interviews related to income, health, government schemes, political, social, corporate surveys and local issues
- 5. Report to office staff daily
- 6. Product sampling, on-ground project monitoring
- 7. KYC documentation, collection, photos and videos of projects and process.
- 8. Meeting Sarpanch, Gyani
