Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for digital and social media platforms.
- Create property walkthrough videos, promotional films, client testimonials, and brand campaigns.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, captions, music, sound effects, and color correction.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Manage video assets, maintain organized project files, and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and social media trends.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of video editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs,



and export settings for various platforms.
- Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Solid portfolio showcasing social media content, promotional videos, or commercial projects.

Preferred
- Experience editing real estate, lifestyle, or corporate marketing videos.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and motion graphics templates.
