About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and communicate with customers professionally over calls and in person.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Convince and convert potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and objections confidently.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain customer-related reports and databases.
- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain data and track customer follow-ups.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Prior experience in customer handling, sales, counselling, telecalling or relationship management will be preferred.
- Are married and professionally settled.
- Reside close to the office location.
- Have a stable and convenient commute to the office.
