Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Backend Operations
- Process, verify, and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Update and manage databases with accuracy.
- Support daily operational activities and reporting.

Data Entry




- Enter and update data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Generate reports and assist with documentation tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Graduation preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
