About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and practical Sales & Operations Executive for a full time, in-office role in Pune. This is an active, mixed position combining proactive sales outreach, lead management, and daily on-site office/dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups with both local and international prospects.
- Handle incoming business inquiries, qualify potential leads, and schedule discovery/demo calls.
- Pitch digital services and business solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, update CRM/lead tracking sheets, and follow up consistently to close deals.
- Communicate directly with local clients to understand requirements and provide service updates.

2. Office Management & Logistics
- Manage the office and ensure regular workplace setup and upkeep.
- Pack, label, and prepare Amazon orders and packages for scheduled pickups.
- Manage inventory handovers,



specifically issuing computer accessories and hardware to couriers or local pickup agents.
- Run occasional local office-related errands across Pune using a two-wheeler.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Location: Must be a local resident of Pune.
- Transport: Must have a valid two wheeler driving license.
- Education: No high degree required - open to 12th pass, diploma holders, or freshers who are confident and eager to learn.
- Communication Skills: Good spoken English (for international calls) along with Hindi and Marathi (for local clients and vendors).

Compensation & Perks
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Uncapped sales commissions on closed deals
- Direct, hands-on experience in business development and end-to-end office operations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
