Key Responsibilities
- Provide product support and resolve complex customer or internal queries.
- Conduct product training sessions and maintain knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and user adoption initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
- Participate in UAT, product testing, and quality validation activities.
- Monitor product performance, usage trends, and key metrics.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Required Skills:
- Robust product knowledge and analytical skills.
- Experience in customer support, product training, or business operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to create documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
