About the Role

Midnight Solutions LLP is looking for a Quality Executive to support quality control and food safety across our manufacturing operations. The role will involve working closely with R&D;, Production and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, packaging and finished products:
- Perform IPQC checks during production
- Monitor product parameters such as weight, moisture, taste, texture and appearance
- Ensure production follows approved SOPs, specifications and formulations:
- Identify and report quality deviations
- Maintain quality records, checklists and batch documentation
- Support implementation of GMP, GHP and HACCP:
- Monitor food safety and contamination risks




- Coordinate with production and third-party manufacturers on quality issues

Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology or related field:
- Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP and food safety:
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Robust attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities when required
