Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Handle employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate HR operations.
- Drive performance management, employee feedback, and appraisal processes.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Build a positive workplace culture and support organizational growth.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Proven experience in hiring across multiple functions.
- Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
- Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Startup ecosystem.
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll software, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience handling recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
