Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor development teams.
- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, query tuning, and performance improvements
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and effort estimation
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, security, and maintainability

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Extensive experience with.NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL,



including query optimization, indexing, joins, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.

Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor and guide development teams. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced Agile workplace. Strong ownership and accountability for project deliverables.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month
