Job Summary

This role is currently part of WRB Risk within Process and Governance. As part of the NFRR (non-financial reporting requirement) activity movement to LOD1, the profile is proposed to be moved to 1LoD - within BRM family as part of the agreed handover.

Cost will be marked to WRB Risk for the current year 2026 and progressively from 2027 will be absorbed by 1LoD / BRM. This profile is a replacement approval and hiring will be done at 1 LoD.

This role is to ensure:
- Concurrent Audit engagement on a regular basis to ensure NFRR reports are managed.
- Regulations to be monitored and have an oversight as applicable for Local Regulatory Reporting.




- Key point of contact for various stakeholders related to Regulatory Reporting.
- RCSA and RRAs for NFRR
- Management Commentary to various governance forums and senior stakeholders.
- Any other activity as assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
- Recording, tracking and closure of M7 in a timely manner
- Reducing overdue issues in M7 - < 10%
- Timely raised risks (within 5 days of notification) & issues (within 10 days of notification) Not Missing to raise any issue
- Extension of timelines < 30%
- Being SPOC for all External & Internal audit for the unit (eg - GIA, Compliance Testing, RBI, Statutory Audit etc)
- Tracking the RFI, ensuring timely submission of RFI, proactively escalating any delays
- Tracking of the observations, timelines for closure
- Testing of the actions
- Understanding the other processes and providing adequate support to the team in time of need
