Accountant cum HR & Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and purchase/sales entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors and CA for financial audits and tax filings.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Prepare salary sheets and coordinate payroll processing.
- Manage employee files and HR documentation.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), MBA (HR), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and HR.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable time management and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude with high attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
