Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for VMC machining operations.
- Analyze engineering drawings and select suitable machining strategies.
- Plan tooling, fixtures, and machine setups for efficient production.
- Optimize machining processes to achieve cycle time reduction and improved productivity.
- Monitor production activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and process control.

Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience as a VMC Programmer
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Mastercam
Robust knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, fixtures, and machine setting
Experience in production control and process optimization
Ability to reduce cycle time and tooling costs
Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining processes
Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Medical, or Precision Engineering components preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
