About this Role:
We are seeking a Product Owner with strong telecom BSS expertise to drive value delivery within a SAFe Agile workplace. This role focuses on managing and prioritising product backlogs, aligning business goals with technical delivery, and ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders. The position requires deep understanding of billing systems, customer lifecycle processes, and end-to-end telecom flows, particularly within Cable/TV domains.
What you’ll do:
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, operations teams, and stakeholders to define product roadmaps
- Act as the voice of the customer within Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies including Program Incr
