Job description:
Koelle Designs Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Admin & Maintenance Manager with 4-5 years of experience in garment manufacturing to manage administration, maintenance, and compliance operations.

This role requires a strong leader capable of handling and managing a team of 20-30 people across admin, housekeeping, security, and maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of 20-30 staff (housekeeping, security, maintenance, helpers)
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper task allocation
- Monitor team performance and ensure smooth coordination

2. Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee complete factory administration, housekeeping, and security
- Ensure smooth daily operations and facility upkeep

3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure adherence to factory laws, labor laws, and audits
- Handle inspections and compliance documentation

4. Machine & Electrical Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance of stitching machines, motors, and equipment
- Manage electrical systems (wiring,



panels, coolers, utilities)
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance

5. Construction & Infrastructure
- Supervise construction, repair, and infrastructure work
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors

6. Purchase & Vendor Management
- Handle procurement of maintenance and admin-related items
- Manage vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely supply
- 4-5 years of experience in garment manufacturing:
- Proven experience in handling teams of 20-30 people:
- Solid knowledge of General maintenance (machine + electrical):
- Experience in admin, compliance, and facility management:
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur
Experience: 4-5 Years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
