Sales Executive - Farmland Management

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving farmland sales, generating leads, building client relationships, and assisting customers throughout the farmland purchase process. The role involves understanding customer investment needs, presenting farmland opportunities, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth closure of deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate potential leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, events, and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for farmland sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements, investment goals, and preferences.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients for long-term engagement.




- Provide accurate information about farmland projects, legal aspects, and ROI opportunities.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly.

3. Site Visits & Presentations
- Coordinate and conduct farmland site visits for prospective buyers.
- Present project details, benefits, and investment opportunities effectively.
- Explain farming models, land appreciation potential, and management services.

4. Sales Closure & Documentation
- Assist clients in the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closure.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and payment processing.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and completion of agreements.

5. Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Share market insights with management for business strategy improvements.
