About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who understands how to create content that grabs attention and keeps people watching. You’ll be responsible for editing high-performing Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, along with designing compelling YouTube thumbnails.

If you enjoy storytelling, have a strong creative eye, and love experimenting with new editing styles, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music where required.
- Maintain a fast-paced editing style focused on audience retention.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to execute creative ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and editing techniques.
- Organize project files and deliver content within deadlines.
- Take feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.





Requirements:
- 1-3 years of video editing experience (or a strong portfolio).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience creating YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop or Canva.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and retention-focused editing.
- Good sense of typography, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Bonus Skills
- Experience editing finance, business, or educational content.
- Basic color grading and audio enhancement.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
