Sales Manager - Stone, Quartz & Tile

We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Hyderabad's first Full Slab Display Showroom.

What you'll do:
- Manage and motivate a team of BDAs and sales executives
- Build relationships with architects, designers & developers (B2B)
- Drive showroom conversions and hit monthly revenue targets
- Report sales performance to leadership weekly

What we need:
- 2-10 years in sales, at least 2 in a team lead role
- Background in building materials, quartz, tiles, or interior products
- Existing network in the Hyderabad design/construction market preferred
- Strong communication in Telugu, Hindi & English
