Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- The Lead COE for Compensation and Benefits is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role collaborates with HR Shared Services, business leaders, and external agencies to deliver a seamless experience in compensation and benefits management. Additionally, the role focuses on optimizing benefit administration, cost reduction initiatives, accurate organizational data management, and enhancing employee experience through collaboration and simplification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a forward-looking total rewards strategy, encompassing external benchmarking, competitive pay structures, and long-term incentive (LTI) programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent. Ensure alignment of compensation programs with organizational goals, internal equity, and external market competitiveness.
- Compensation Management:




- Lead the annual compensation review process, integrating business priorities and market trends to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance on salary budgets, forecasting, and workforce planning to support sustainable growth.
- Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization's current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization’s reward strategy
- Provide compensation data to external agencies for surveys and other official purposes.
- Collect market intelligence and compensation trends to support informed decision-making.
