Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance analysis, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Manage key client relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance updates for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations,



and quality standards.
- Train and develop team members to enhance sales capabilities and leadership skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 5-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or FMCG industries is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Experience in handling sales teams and managing key customer accounts.
