We’re Hiring - Client Relationship Manager (For a CA Firm)

Location: Ludhiana | Full-Time | In-Person

We’re looking for a responsible and dynamic individual to join our Chartered Accountancy Firm as a Client Relationship Manager - someone who can lead with confidence, manage time like a pro, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for ongoing work, documents, and deadlines
- Address client queries professionally and coordinate internally for resolutions
- Keep a close check on task timelines, client updates, and service delivery
- Manage and support the internal team to ensure work is organized and on track
- Maintain a calm and solution-oriented attitude even in stressful situations
- Represent the firm with punctuality, professionalism, and clarity
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and updates

- Confidence in handling follow-ups with Team and client interactions
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm attitude under pressure
- Highly organized, punctual, and responsible
- Experience in a CA Firm or professional services environment is a plus
