About the Role

Key Responsibilities

In office Supervision: Monitor daily construction and operational activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Logistical Problem Solving: Swiftly identify and resolve on-site logístical bottlenecks, material shortages, or labor coordination issues as they arise.

Progress Tracking: Maintain daily logs of site activities, material movements, and workforce attendance, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety protocols and ensure all workers are using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Resource Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and placement of materials on site.

Commuting Preference:



Must be comfortable and willing to travel regularly using local public transport (local trains and buses) within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Experience: Proven experience as a site supervisor, construction supervisor, or in a similar operational role.

Skills:Keen attention to detail and high standards for workmanship.

Strong crisis management and on-the-spot troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and team coordination abilities.

Familiarity: Good working knowledge of Navi Mumbai transport routes and local geography is a distinct advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
