2-5 Years (Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Stock Broking, or Financial Services)

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance) will be preferred.
- NISM Certifications (Series VIII - Equity Derivatives, Series XA & XB - Investment Adviser Level 1 & 2, or other relevant certifications) are an added advantage.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and develop long-term relationships.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, risk profile, and investment needs.
- Provide investment advice on equity, mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIF, insurance, fixed income, and other financial products.
- Prepare and present personalized financial plans and investment strategies.
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling financial products.




- Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance reviews.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company regulations.
- Coordinate with research, dealing, operations, and compliance teams for seamless client service.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and financial planning tools.
- Ability to work in target-oriented environments.
