Salary:Rs. 20000/-to 25000/- per month

Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate in Psychology / BAMS / Diploma in Healthcare / Counselling
- 1-2 years of experience Patient Counseling
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills

Role:
To counsel patients on sexual health concerns using Ayurvedic principles, build trust, and monitor the effectiveness of the treatment programs, under the supervision of a qualified Physician.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide stigma-free counselling for men with sexual health concerns.
- Address common conditions such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido, etc.
- Offer lifestyle advice when necessary.
- Promote early detection of underlying health issues linked to sexual dysfunction,



such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health disorders.
- Maintain patient and counselling records
- Ensure patient confidentiality

Clinical Support (Non-prescriptive)
- Understand patient history (lifestyle, diet, stress, sleep)
- Explain Ayurvedic concepts (dosha imbalance, lifestyle correction)

Contractural / Temporary Role - will extend based on your performance.

Help patients feel informed, supported, and cared for at every step of their healthcare journey.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
