Planning Engineer

Job Requirements:
Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project (Primavera knowledge is an added advantage).

Perform daily progress analysis and compare actual progress against the baseline schedule.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly catch-up/recovery plans to achieve project milestones.

Carry out resource planning for manpower, machinery, and materials based on project requirements.

Track and monitor long lead items, ensuring timely procurement and delivery to avoid project delays.

Coordinate with site execution, procurement, billing, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project productivity and identify schedule risks and delays.

Prepare progress reports, look-ahead plans, and management dashboards.

Support planning activities for Mivan high-rise residential projects.

Requirements:




2-3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in high-rise residential construction.

Mandatory experience in Mivan construction projects.

Proficiency in MS Project (Primavera knowledge preferred).

Valuable understanding of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred:
Location: Pune - Maharashtra

Industry: Construction (High-Rise Residential)

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil (Mandatory for Engineer Positions)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
