Position: Senior Executive - HR
Location: Lucknow
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
Experience: 2-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering profiles (Solar Design Engineers, Site Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Project Engineers, O&M; Engineers, etc.).
Source, screen, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HRMS data.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment MIS.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations.

Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
2-6 years of HR experience, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing sectors.
Robust knowledge of technical recruitment, attendance management, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
