We are a growing organization delivering VR/AR-based welding simulators to industries like education, manufacturing, automotive, oil & gas, and aerospace.

Role Overview

This role goes beyond traditional production. It is an end-to-end ownership role from order confirmation to final customer acceptance. Success in this role is defined not just by delivery, but by customer satisfaction post demo and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage day-to-day production and operations
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control
- Own the entire lifecycle: order → production → dispatch → demo → customer acceptance
- Coordinate across teams (production, quality, logistics, etc.)
- Engage with customers post demo to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction
- Travel as required for installations, demos, and issue resolution




- Drive process improvements and maintain MIS/reporting

What We’re Looking For
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 2-3 years in production/operations (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage end-to-end responsibilities
- Valuable communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable multitasking in a growing environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / MIS Systems

Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing/assembly setups
- Client interaction, installations, or demo experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
