Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who can independently handle finance and accounting responsibilities, manage invoices, maintain financial records, and coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for compliance and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Generate, verify, and maintain customer and vendor invoices.
- Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the company's CA by providing financial data, documents, and reports required for GST, TDS, audits, and statutory filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.




- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with mínimal supervision.
- Solid communication skills for coordinating with management, vendors, and the CA.
