This is not a routine sales role and not a fixed-hours job.

Our work involves odd working hours, live event pressure, and frequent outstation travel, often at short notice. This role is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants direct exposure to the Founder, premium clients, and high-stakes business decisions — with a explicit path toward future leadership roles.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership on business development, client handling, and execution coordination for luxury weddings and large-scale corporate and government events.

Key Responsibilities (Ownership-Based)




- Support the Founder in business development initiatives, client discussions, and follow-ups
- Act as a coordination bridge between clients, venues, vendors, artists, and internal teams
- Track leads, proposals, approvals, payments, and timelines independently
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, pitch decks, MOMs, and trackers:
- Attend client meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and live events (including outstation travel)
- Anticipate risks and resolve issues during planning and on-ground execution
- Represent the company with professional presence and composure in meetings and events
- Be fully available during event days, late hours, weekends, and travel-heavy schedules

This is a front-facing, responsibility-driven role, not a support desk position.
