Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales and market growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients including doctors, nutritionists, pharmacies, distributors, and wellness consultants.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and market strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure performance and goal achievement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts,



and periodic sales reports to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of nutraceutical products, formulations, and health perks.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to develop and close B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, Nutrition, or Business Administration.
- 7-10 years of experience in nutraceutical business development, sales, or key account management.
- Strong existing network in the healthcare and wellness industry.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
