Job Title:QA Engineer

Required Experience: 5-8 years

Educational Qualifications: UG: B.E/B.Tech or PG: MCA/MSC IT

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated and functional test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.- Perform automation testing using tools such as Robot Framework (Python)-
- Write and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript/Python/Java and related frameworks.- Execute functional, system, integration, regression, and performance testing.-
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using issue-tracking tools like Jira.- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,



and retrospectives.- Perform root cause analysis and support troubleshooting of customer-reported issues.- Ensure testing activities align with company standards and industry best practices.- Conduct testing across multiple technology components and environments.- Continuously improve automation coverage and test efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.- Hands-on experience with automation and functional testing.- Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework (Python) OR strong hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.- Proficiency Selenium, Cucumber, or similar automation tools.- Working knowledge of JavaScript for test automation.- Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems (Jira).- Ability to create and execute functional, system, and integration test cases.- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Valuable to Have:
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.- Knowledge of API testing tools and basic performance testing concepts.
