Assistant Project Manager - Contracts and Billing

Job Description Summary

- This role is responsible for the Contracts Administration and billing Certification Process for Civil and Structural Works

About the Role:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Review and approve Submitted RA and Final Bills for all the works done at site..
- Ability to provide effective, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

General Responsibilities
- Monitor progress of work and certify the invoices submitted based on the agreed terms and conditions and also on the basis of actual work done at site.
- Check work completion status as per submitted Invoices, drawings and specification
- Establish and maintain onsite procedures of record keeping systems including but not limited to daily logs, drawing register,



man power break ups safety logs etc.
- Anticipate Billing risks in advance and interact with Planning Manager and Client to mitigate risks

About You:
- 8+ years’ experience on Contracts and Billing
- Experience in delivering the project within Set Cost and Quality parameters and timelines as detailed at the start of project.
- Proven track record in Contracts and Quality Management for entire life cycle of a Project.
