Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of automation equipment, electrical components, and project materials.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Source quality materials at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Projects, and Stores teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability for ongoing projects.
- Track order status, resolve supplier issues, and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports in the ERP system.
- Develop new vendors and conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations.




- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in any of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the automation, electrical, electronics, or industrial equipment industry.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
