Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Travel Sales Consultant to join Webcrs technology. In this role, you will help clients plan and book their vacations. Your main goal is to listen to customer needs, recommend the best travel options, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Book Travel: Plan and sell flights, hotels, tour packages, and travel insurance.
- Create Itineraries: Build custom travel plans that match the client’s budget and preferences.
- Meet Sales Targets: Work to achieve monthly individual and team sales goals.
- Provide Customer Support: Help clients with any travel changes, cancellations, or emergencies.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (travel industry experience is a plus).
- Skills: Solid communication, negotiation,



and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of popular global travel destinations and geography.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, patient, and driven to hit sales targets

Salary & Work Schedule
- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on top of the base salary.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
