Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Australia and New Zealand:
- Handle complete student visa filing and documentation process
- Ensure accuracy in documentation to minimize visa refusals
- Stay updated with current embassy rules, immigration policies, and admission requirements
- Maintain proper pipeline management and CRM records
- Achieve monthly counseling and visa conversion targets

Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of proven experience in Australia & New Zealand student visa counseling:
- Strong knowledge of admission procedures, visa documentation, and filing processes
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Ability to manage students professionally throughout the process
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
