- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day MLE tasks within the PMU,



including data tracking, trackers/registers, and rapid analysis to support programme and government needs.- Coordinate between the state government and programme team, ensuring smooth data sharing, timely responses to requests, and alignment on reporting formats.- Ensure data quality through routine checks, verification, and resolution of discrepancies across data sources.- Prepare and submit periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for government and internal stakeholders.- Support the design, execution, and documentation of evaluation and learning studies across project sites.- Track progress against MLE frameworks and indicators, and support capacity-building of field/programme staff on data practices.- Travel across programme locations for field monitoring, data verification, and stakeholder engagement
