Brampton Skin Care Academy is a Canadian-inspired beauty and aesthetics training institute committed to delivering high-quality education and hands-on practical training. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Beauty Educator to inspire and train the next generation of beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, and professional salon procedures.
- Teach courses including facials, skin analysis, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, makeup, hygiene, and client consultation.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and supervise students during practical sessions.
- Assess student performance through practical and written evaluations.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning setting.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, technologies, and treatment protocols.




- Mentor and motivate students to achieve high professional standards.
- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
- Support workshops, seminars, open houses, and promotional events.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and salon procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student success.
