Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate preliminary information on Canada Permanent Residency (PR) visa programs and other immigration pathways.
- Guide eligible clients through the profile-launching and onboarding process.
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain accurate client records, call notes, and communication updates in the company system.
- Coordinate with internal sales, documentation, and visa-processing teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Meet assigned customer-service, call-quality, and follow-up targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, call centre, or BPO operations is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.




- Strong customer-handling, active-listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of Canada PR visa categories and other immigration programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with client-profile launching or immigration-consultancy processes is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a BPO, call centre, customer support, or immigration consultancy role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,162.32 per month
