Key responsibilities
- Full daily care of a 1‑year‑old: feeding (following parents’ instructions), bottle or cup handling, preparing simple meals/snacks appropriate for age.
- Secure supervision and engaging age‑appropriate play, learning activities, and developmental stimulation (language, motor skills).




- Maintaining baby’s daily routine: naps, diapering, bathing, dressing.
- Light housekeeping related to the child: washing bottles, sterilization, cleaning highchair, baby laundry, organizing toys.
- Maintaining a tidy child area and reporting any health, feeding, or developmental concerns promptly.
- Accompanying child for short local outings (park, pediatrician) when required.
- Administering basic first aid and medicines only with parental written instructions.
- Keeping daily written/log updates on feeding, naps, diapers, mood, and milestones.

Required skills and qualifications
- Patient, dependable, punctual, and loving with children.
- Good communication in English and/or Hindi.
- Comfortable following parents’ caregiving plan and open to feedback.

Desirable qualities
- Early childhood/caregiver training, diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with gentle, responsive caregiving techniques and age‑appropria
