We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Business Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our website development and digital marketing service company.

This is a hands-on management role suitable for someone who can effectively manage multiple departments, people, clients, and ongoing projects in a quick-paced technology and digital services environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Daily Operations
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Design, and Project teams.
- Create and improve internal processes, workflows, and operational systems.




- Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure that company policies, processes, and deadlines are properly followed.

2. Team Management
- Manage and coordinate different teams and department heads.
- Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and task completion.
- Set team goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify team challenges and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure effective communication between all departments.

3. Project & Client Delivery Management
- Monitor all website development, software development, and digital marketing projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to the agreed scope.
- Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and client requirements.
