Job Description - Safety Steward

Company: Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited
Location: Jogeshwari Site, Mumbai
Experience Required: Fresher or 1 year experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety rules.
- Conduct regular safety inspections at the construction site.
- Ensure workers are wearing proper PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Jacket, Gloves, etc.).
- Report unsafe conditions or practices to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Maintain safety registers and documentation.
- Assist in conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Coordinate during emergency situations and follow safety protocols.
- Ensure proper barricading and safety signage at site.

Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: Safety Certification)




- Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards.
- Valuable observation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle site workers firmly yet professionally.
- Physically fit and ready to work at the site.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of PPE standards.
- Basic understanding of safety compliance in construction projects.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
