Job Summary:
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Configuration & Development:
- Configure and maintain TRIRIGA Business Objects (BOs), Forms, Classifications, Data Models, and State Families.
- Develop, enhance, and support workflows, including actions, notifications, approvals, and business rules.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot TRIRIGA queries.
- Analyze business requirements and implement scalable TRIRIGA solutions.
- Ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and best practices.

Technical Support & Maintenance:
- Perform unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Update and maintain test cases and test documentation.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and workflows, ensuring timely issue identification and resolution.
- Support deployment activities and post-release validations.

Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain:
- Technical Configuration Documents
- Test Scripts and Results
- Deployment and Release Notes
- User Guides and Support Documentation (as required)

Collaboration:
- Work closely with Functional SMEs,



QA teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA.
- Strong understanding of:
- Business Objects (BOs)
- Forms and UI Components
- Workflows and State Families
- Classifications and Data Models
- Queries and Reporting
- Notifications and Approval Processes
- Good knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting, analysis, and data validation.
