The Executive - Stores will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our stores/warehouse, managing inventory, and coordinating with various teams to ensure an efficient supply chain. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and freshness of our beverage products, as well as adhering to food safety and warehouse regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely reordering.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain FIFO and FEFO practices for optimal product rotation.
- Track and report on slow-moving, damaged, or expired products.
- Receive and verify incoming beverage products, coordinating with suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents for timely product delivery.
- Organize products systematically, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Maintain proper storage conditions, including temperature control and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, warehouse,



and health & safety regulations.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant inventory management tools.
- Understanding of food safety and warehouse regulations.
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
