Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 3-6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month (Based on Performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic HR screening interviews.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation.
- Update recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding interview status.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
