Role:Enterprise Architect - Application Modernization
Experience : 8+ Years

- Must Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in modernization strategies including Replatform, Refactor/Re-architect, and Rebuild.
- Application discovery, code analysis, dependency mapping, and technical debt assessment.
- C#,.NET Framework 4.6-4.8,.NET Core 8+ on Linux, ASP.NET WebForms, Blazor, ASP.NET MVC, NuGet, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and PostgreSQL.
- Java 8/11, Java 17/21 LTS, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, JSF, Struts, Quarkus, Maven, Gradle, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate 6.
- Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), Node.js (Express, NestJS, Fastify), Go (Golang),



React, Angular, and Blazor.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools (Kiro, Transform, or equivalent) for code modernization and migration.
- CI/CD implementation using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and ArgoCD.
- Experience with code quality and security tools including SonarQube, Snyk, Checkmarx, and static code analysis.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, API-first development, modular design, and microservices.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews, defining modernization roadmaps, and driving enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong client-facing consulting skills with experience engaging CTOs, CIOs, Enterprise Architects, and executive stakeholders.
